This place is a joke. How hard is it to make a plain cheeseburger?! No instead they took a prepackaged cheeseburger that I'm sure had been sitting there for hours (god forbid they actually have to work) left it with everything on it and threw it in the microwave so it was hard as a brick. Pathetic! This isn't the first second or third time either. They just need to shutdown and convert this into something worth while.

My band played a wedding reception at Ruby's. The facility is well decorated, with beautiful woodworking. The stage is elevated, and carpeted, with plenty of electrical outlets. Nice sized dance floor, for a small party. Seemed that seating for 300 people was available. Kitchen facilities and other amenities exist, I did not have time to explore the whole place.

They couldn't make burgers. I'm not saying it was a bad tasting burger and "they couldn't make burgers". They literally had the grill down at dinner rush. Instead of posting "no burgers available", we sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes until they told us, after we tried ordering BURGERS from BURGER King... irony at its finest. On top of it all, the girl had more attitude than Madea when I asked if I could get chicken nuggets for my toddler. "Sir, the grill be down, not the fryer!" Yep, we drove to McDonald's.

Employees having personal conversations. Using curse words. Talking about quitting. Mopping floor with customers dinning. No floor sign. Bathrooms need updating. Drink machine not working. No ice. Food was just ok.

This was the 3rd time in 2 weeks they closed early. I work late and like to go through the dt. Tonight it was 150am and they close at 2. The lights were still on . I was told at the drive thru speaker they were closed. This is quite frustrating.
