This place has been very consistent over the years. Good service, good portions, good flavor. I know there have been a lot of negative stories in the news over the past few years, but I've always had good experiences. Personally, I like that the lines are much shorter these days. Less wait for that good, good food. = ]

Today’s visit to Chipotle (Easton location) was really refreshing and I left with much hope (also delicious food💁🏽). Let me briefly explain, I have an 18yrs daughter who is autistic with language delays. She had the great pleasure of having Zack taking her order! Zack’s outstanding interpersonal skills nearly brought me to tears! Watching my daughter attempting to order independently and Zack patiently and pleasingly meeting her needs. Zack’s body language was welcoming, his tone was not patronizing and his direct interaction with my daughter was exactly what a mother hopes for with a special needs adult child. Thank you Chipotle for the always delicious food and an awesome employee Zack! This is an employee that should set the standards for anyone dealing in customer service! Thanks again Zack, you rock!

This Chipotle is right next to a cigar shop so the entire place smells like smoke. It's kind of noisy and there isn't a lot of seating. The service is average as is the food.

This is one of the worst Chipotle Restaurants in Central Ohio. Consistently slow service poor service, poor communication, messy dining room, running out of food items, and poor quality food.

Came at lunchtime (12:25PM) on a weekday. Line was to the door but moved very quickly (i.e about 10 minutes to get from door to cashier). Floor could probably have used a sweep/mop and 1 or 2 tables were untidy but if you work nearby this seems like it could be a good quick lunch. Good was great, typical Chipotle.
