We encountered a suspicious man that made us feel uncomfortable. The manager and the staff made us feel protected and at home and made the situation right. I have never felt so safe and appreciated in a restaurant environment before. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because that’s what is deserved. The manager, Jess, and the bartender, Christine, did an excellent job. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

Very nice atmosphere. The bartender Sam is awesome. The waitresses are very pleasant. Restroom was clean. And the food and the food selection was great. I'll be back!

Everything should easily have tasted good, but instead it was flavorless and disappointing. The balsamic on my pear salad was tasteless. The cheese of the mac n cheese was utterly bland. The sandwich my boyfriend ordered sounded like it would be so packed with flavor from all of the ingredients, but instead it was boring. He didn't even get halfway through it. The service was nice, friendly and accommodating and the space is big and comfortable, so the two stars all pretty much all for that... but i would never go here for food again. Tater tots were the only tolerable item on the table and that was only after we put salt on them ourselves. Pretty much any other food choice here at the mall has been more satisfying for us, including the food court.

The food here usually isn't bad, but be prepared to wait. The service and kitchen are consistently very slow. Tonight, we left after waiting for 15 minutes without a visit from a server and the restaurant was not busy. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed this visit on Cinco De Mayo. It's Saturday night and not busy. Took a bit long for the appetizers to come. They were out of wings and fish. Ordered a burger well. It was dry and tasted burnt. The order of fries was a child size portion. The Cinco margarita was very good. The bathroom trash hadn't been emptied in a long time and the floor was sticky.
