This place should pulled from who ever owns it. Church's should feel embarrassed that this belongs to their chain!!! The service is the worst I have had ever! Tonight I stopped in and waited 20-min with two cars in front of me and no one at drive up window. One couple inside. All you could see was goofing off inside! Really! Finally took off. 2nd time there and same result. Went elsewhere.

So after getting off of work, I get to this Church's Chicken on Reynolds Rd. Against my better judgment, because there have been some not so good customer service, I still decide to give it a try because the same people don't work everyday. I pull up to the drive up window and the employee asks me if I placed my order at the intercom? I said no because the menu sign is PITCH BLACK! EVEN IF THE INTERCOM WAS WORKING u couldn't see anything to know what to order. I wasn't mean about, nor was she. So I place my order she asked me to pull forward. I pull in front of the store, after 20Minutes of waiting the young lady decides to come out and apologize for the wait, they had to cook more biscuits. So at this point, I'm still trying to be patient. She says, will give you some more biscuits. Right after this another car is asked to pull forward. So another 15 Minutes pass by she comes out with my food and something just says check the bag. I'm missing a side! So I have to get out the car and go inside to get that. So I get home to give my family dinner, the chicken fingers were cold and dried out. I got 1extra biscuit, and to be honest if she would have told me they were out of biscuits and how long the wait was going to be I would have opted for something else... I will not be coming back.

I have been to this location a few times. The employees do seem nice, however the wait is always pretty long and every time I place an order for â€œspicyâ€ tenders, they give me original. EVERY time!

Probably the nicest staff at any "fast food" place I've ever been to. Be prepared to wait while they fry your food. They aren't real high traffic so they can't waste food by letting it sit under heat lamps all day. Double check your order before you leave though.

Been there a few times, slow service each time. This store needs management, and training to employees because if you order something they never give you your order. They stand and chat, and chat. They look at your order and wait and wait and watch you get upset then hand you what they think you will eat. Not very professional and not very clean either. The 1 star I gave was for it being Church's Chicken., not because of anything I experienced there.
