Disappointed

The lo main was bad. Raw veggies and noodles not cooked. I'm sad to see their prices have increased and their quality has decreased.

By far the worst Chinese’s food ever I don’t see how supposedly they been around 15-20 years I wish we would have gone to mcds instead if we would have known it was going to be this bad beware ask questions that is what we were told should have asked questions which is true because it was nothing like any other place we have ever been. Take the time and drive to golden dragon on Secor rd or P.F. Chang’s or even magic wok is so much better

We enjoy ordering from this particular Rice King on the Southside because their kitchen is always clean the people are always nice especially young gentleman who is always there answering the phones and handling the orders to make sure everything is properly done he is very very nice. I have noticed the last couple of times that we ordered food that it was kind of sloppily put together by the kitchen they cheapened on how they were making it by adding tons of onions and maybe a couple of small pieces of chicken to what I ordered. I thought that was not very nice. So next time when I order I'm just going to tell them easy on the onions. Other than that I've never found weird things in my food that shouldn't be there the sauces they use are always tasty and you get a nice quantity of food for the money

You people that are saying great food I'm scared to know what your comparing to....first of all they don't even serve you wings but fried Cornish hens...I am here from Florida and unfortunately this was the only place that delivered to me....so I gave them 4 chances to do right by me. I'm a person that likes a lot of meat in my food in pay extra to have it....I've gotten house special lo mein on 3 occasions always with $3 extra shrimp...it's like put a little shrimp in and that's it ...none of the other meats...it's insane that for wings and lo mein with no meat coat me $18...other than the shrimp I assure u there was only 3 bites out of the whole meal that had meat...people please stop supporting this place...if they were in Ottawa hills they'd stand together and make them get it right...black people stop letting these fools serve in your area and allow them to get over....u know Chinese never admit there wrong

Customer service sucks !! Whoever answers the phone and take orders should probably be more polite and have less of an attitude. It feels uncomfortable trying to order food from a snobby employee.
