My boyfriend and I went to this Taco Bell because it was the only one nearby that had an open lobby after 10pm. We ordered our meal, one Cravings Deal box and one Nacho Fries box with an extra dollar order of Nacho fries on the side. After waiting for about 30 minutes we bring it to the attention of a worker behind the counter, and they start preparing our food. After a few minutes we our given an order in a bag, and go back to sit down. We quickly realize that they haven't given us a full order. We were missing two cheese sauce cups for the Nacho Fries, and I was missing a five layer burrito and order of cinnamon twists. I bring it again to their attention, and the woman working the counter says that we ordered two Nacho Fries boxes. Our receipt quickly discredits this, and they begin working on the missing items. A few more minutes pass and I get a bag with a five layer burrito, and an extra hard taco thrown in as compensation. When I tell them again that I'm still missing an order of cinnamon twists and two cheese sauce cups, the woman behind the counter gives me a blank stare for a few seconds, then looks over my receipt, and goes back to grab the sauce cups, as well as an extra order of cinnamon twists for further compensation. Needless to say, by the time we've gotten our full and correct order, half our food was cold, and 45 minutes have passed. Disgraceful.

This taco bell is AMAZING! The food is great, but the people working there are way above what you would expect! Incredibly friendly, outgoing, and amazing personalities!!! I wish I could give this place more stars, and this should DEFINITELY be a training location for other taco artists!!

I'm never going to this location again. The wait is usually 20-25 minutes even if there are only 2 cars in front of you. Nobody even apologized for the slow service. Also, they skimp on the food portions. My nacho cheese was half full and there were about 4 chips in the bag. Also, didn't get a receipt to do their survey, so I'll do it here.

Service is very slow at any time when you come in to order. While you wait you watch over a dozen cars drive thru after being served before you.

Service is sloooow! They asked for a name to call when my order was ready and didn't use or even say what order number it was. No complaints on the food tho.
