It’s usually great! Not far from our home. Great food, great waitresses and waiters. Bar staff is friendly. Recently was in here and overheard another customer being completely rude to a waitress and the waitress kept her cool the entire time. I would recommended this place.

Today our service was better than weve had in quite awhile. I can't tell you the girls name but she was awesome. We had about given up on going to chili's. We were getting charged for our "free" chips every time. Today we actually got them free. Previously I couldn't get waiter to help with kiosk at all. Great experience today order was exactly what we ordered and she was great. Thank you!

Their new expanded menu and remodel has brought them back on par. To level of greatest that I think they had been lacking in the last few yours. Great family atmosphere.Better food than before. Definitely recommend, if you haven't been in some time.

Don't ever order the ribs. This is the second time I've ordered them and the second failure. The first time I ordered them they forgot to heat them up. The second time they over salted them. They were cooked the second time, just way to salty. Everybody else at the table had no problems, just the guy paying the bill. They did offer to get me another rack of ribs but I was to pissed and tired of waiting for the first ribs. I went to McDonald's and got a quarter pounded.

Was not too busy. The greeter heard that we were wanting a seat that was recently occupied and closed and cleaned it for us without asking. The server was great. Apologized that the 3 for10 promotion was over, and showed us the 2 for 22 that was on the menu. She pointed out the options that worked forthe keto first we're on and made sure that it removed the options we couldn't eat before it came out to us. Very attentive. We definitely will be back. Bravo.
