Saw a friend order twice in 3 weeks. First order took an hour and a half to arrive, didn’t look for compensation because we figured it’s one of those freak occurrences. Ordered again tonight, before 5 PM mind you, and was told a 40-50 minute wait. We thought it was strange, because the store is literally 1.2 miles away, but whatever. Maybe an influx of orders. For the second time, the wait was over an hour. Called, informed them about the second consecutive wait time, looked for compensation of just this order, and was told, by the manager, “There’s nothing we can do for you. The time is just approximate, have a nice day.” Really. Told her she had permanently lost our business, to which she responded ok.

Tastes better than Cicis. Mainly come here on Tuesdays for dinner buffet. They dont get the pizzas out fast enough. You have to sit up there by the pizzas hovering around like vultures with the other customers to get to the fresh pizzas. The all in one coke machine is nice but gets a crowded line very fast and you get stuck behind people that dont know how to work it.

It's always something at this location. This time, they didn't ask what crust I wanted so gave me original. By the time I realized it, it was too late. I only like thin crust. Also, had onion on one of the pizza, which is what I wanted, but it was totally covered in onion. Very strong raw onion. It was terrible. The cheese pizza we ordered was too spicy for our 10 year old. I think this is the last time I'm coming here. I'm very dissatisfied. Previous 2 visits, I found dog hair on my pizza. I'm done.

Not impressed with buffet, super thin crust (1/4"). Watched an employee clean something off the floor, then continue attending the buffet and making pizzas. Never saw him stop to wash his hands! Yuck. Not Coming back.

Worst mazzios in the city. The ONLY mazzios that closes at 11 on weekends and this is the 5th time I've called on a Friday and they've been out of pan pizza. You'd think someone would have half a brain and would plan on the weekend being busier but apparently this mazzios is run by a bunch of stoners. Definitely the worst store in the state of oklahoma. They all need to be fired.
