Arrived to find the restaurant kind of quiet so a but leery for our first visit. It turned out great. Nice breakfast choices and great service. Food was delicious. We will be back again for breakfast and would like to try lunch too. By the time we left it was getting busy but the restaurant has a lot of seating. Really enjoyed our meal.

This is my third visit because I keep trying to give them a chance. I feel like they could be really good but they just don't seem to care. Our order came out wrong. The lettuce, pickles and other veggies are old- wilted and brown- every time, now it's a pattern not just a one off. On my $13 turkey club sandwich, there were only ingredients covering half the bread. I don't want to bite into three pieces of bread with nothing else, use smaller bread if you're going to be cheap on the rest. The waitress came back to ask if we were okay more times than any other restaurant ever. It was a bit overwhelming, but probably the best part of the experience. Much better than previous visits where no one was around for 20+ minutes. Update: I got my bill. The "side salad" I asked if they offered and could add to my meal was apparently a "dinner salad" and I paid $8 for it even though I didn't eat it because the lettuce was so old and nasty. Neither the server or hostess cared about our experience in the least. Completely overpriced and not at all worth it.

My son loves biscuits so I thought I’d get him some here on our way home. You know, since they’re called Biscuits. I walked in and it was pretty empty. I asked the hostess if they sell just biscuits and she said yes, how many would I like? I said how about three, and she replied that they only serve them in two’s. Uhh...So I ordered four, and asked if I could order a side of gravy with them. She asked how many biscuits I wanted with it because it came with them, and I asked how many can I get? You know, because of the earlier restriction. She answered, as many as you want! And I was thoroughly confused. I ended up getting six very mediocre, medium-sized biscuits and a half filled container of also very mediocre sausage gravy (about a measured cup, total) for $12!! Not at all worth it.

We were regulars since they opened a few years ago. They recently sold to new owners. The food is fair. The prices are higher. And while many of the same servers are there, the service sadly is now horrible. At $3 for a mug of Folgers, the food better be amazing. Its just plain gross. We won't be back.

I read the reviews saying how awful the service was, but everyone said the food was great so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. We waited 10 minutes to order our food and drinks, waited another 10 to get the drinks, then waited 52 minutes for our food before being told we were third in line. We paid for our drinks and left. It was not a busy day and should not have taken as long as it did.
