Church's Chicken

█THE GOOD: Church's has phenomenally delicious food for a fast food restaurant. The service is relatively fast and friendly. The prices are reasonable. My favorites are the original and spicy chicken, crispy fish, biscuits, mashed and gravy, slaw, fries, and spicy rice. █THE BAD: The neighborhood is ghetto as is the clientele, so they continuously dirty up the tables and floor. █THE UGLY: The food is not always fresh. The chicken is particularly old at times (yuck!)

We stopped in at Church's Chicken through the drive-thru 4 a Sunday meal the kids were extremely pleased and happy with the quality and the taste of food five star

This last visit to this churches was the last straw for me and my partner. Our last visit we ordered 2 $5 dollar boxes. They told us it would be a ten min wait, which is fine because they were making fresh chicken thighs. We have specific orders on what we wanted and they said no problem. Yet forgot to ask if there was anythi g else 9n which needed to add to our order. We proceeded to make sure it was spicy a have our side order decision. After waiting a half hour without any acknowledgement they never spoke to us to even say they were behind on making anything. We heard a lot of confusion and arguements. I finally had to ask where our orders and they said " we are busy and we would have to wait. When we finally got our order it was all wrong. One side missing, one bisquit and no jalopinios which we specifically asked for to make sure we have received them. When I told the cashier about our order she shrugged her shoulders and said this is your order. I asked to speak to a manager. I once again told him about our order with receipt in hand. He then said what do you want me to do. We are busy. I said first I bel8eve communication between the team should be in order but I just want what we ordered and paid for. . i He then said what do you want me to do. I said get my order straight after at that time waiting over 30 min. He then offered me an extra bisquit which imention we only got one. I then told the manager I want my money back. The manager did not fullfill a paying customers order and brushed us offf. I told him I would leave a bad review. He then offered 1 piece of chicken when that was short of our order along with no jalopnio . I have been in customer service over 30 years and I understand th I us happen. But we felt brushed off and it was like oh well attitude. In which a good business along with good employees.all this should not have happened. I will NEVER go tothat churches again and I will also tweleveryine i know. This is unacceptable and poor management. I want my money back because bythe time we got hime, which is right across the street,it ended up being old tough chicken. I will report to the better business and report such things and not to mention a dirty business atmosphere. I would never run my business this way. Jennifer

Not the best place to get chicken. The service is okay but they do not value there customers and you pretty much get what you buy.
