This was my 1st time to P.F Chang. My family of 7 were really excited. I ordered combination fried rice. Well, the rice had a under-cooked texture and was very dry. Not very flavorful, as I kept pouring the soy sauce. Before I could speak, my daughter mentioned that her rice was dry and "crunchy". To be fair, only 2 out of 7 were displeased with their meal. Not a great 1st experience for me. But the service was prompt and courteous.

Coming here for dinner was a big mistake. The food was so plain and not even warm. It tastes like microwave meals. Very disappointing, especially for the price. The fortune cookie was the only good part of the meal. Highly do not recommend. Save your money and eat a PB&J at home...

I went to pf changs with a group of friends, we were celebrating the winner of our Biggest Loser Contest. The meal wasn't good at all and the prices were to high. After my meal i gave my debit card to my server to pay for my meal. Everyone's meal was paid for and they were ready to go. We were waiting for my server to return with my card, we sat there for another 20 minutes before i asked her for my card. She said oh i lost your card, i guess i dropped it somewhere and i still had to wait on all of my customers. My mouth dropped open. I said to her why didn't you tell me. Someone could have found my card and left. She said i got do busy walked away and continued to wait on her customers. I went up front and talked to a manager. She didn't seem to concerned. She didn't apologize or have her look for my card. She said they were busy and she would get back to me. I went to look for my card and found it. I left i will never ever eat in that place again. I was treated like i was an inconvenience to them. This is a very Bad Restaurant and a bad way to do business.

I was very disappointed with my food, when I ordered orange chicken I wasn't expecting that it would be made from oranges, since ever other Chinese place I go to it's just an orange colored sauce, plus there sauce was lacking flavor, but our waitress was very nice and quick.
