I have never had a problem with this location since I started coming here about four months ago. Their lines always pass quickly so I've never had much of a long wait, and my food is always presented exactly as I requested with good temperature. I usually order online and simply pick up my food for the sake of convenience. I work nearby and it's always ready for me to pick up by the time I get there (only a few minutes after ordering online.) I ordered online today and got there before the food was done, so I had to wait about 5-10 minutes. The staff was friendly and even gave me a coupon for the inconvenience! I will definitely continue to go here for lunch or dinner.

Always great and quick service. As a student I've been living in Shadyside the last 4 years and always see Ally, one of the managers at the Baum or East Liberty store. She is a great worker and very friendly. The food here is also very consistent. I recommend it!

Good food. Good service. Only 4 stars for your anti-science rhetoric.

Can't go wrong with Chipotle. Haven't had any issues, and the employees are very nice. :)

This use to be a great Chipotle but lately there cooks have been just awful... The rice is the worst part! For the last three visits the rice has been under cooked. If they teach their cooks a little better I would give this place a 4 or 5 star, but with the food being this bad I can't keep going.
