I had a thoroughly delicious serving of chicken and waffles here (I asked all syrup and sugar to be withheld; don't let the photo worry you, sugar freaks). Their cheese-infused waffles are especially delightful. In general Park Bruges strikes me as the perfect local restaurant: relaxed, comfortable, and good for a change of scene when one gets tired of eating in. I am a little on the fence about the staff; they struck me as a bunch of high school or college friends who were more interested in hanging out than presenting the possible restaurant to customers (they bunched an out and chatted for the duration of my visit), but at the same time I was not deprived of anything I wanted or needed, such as water refills or extra mustard.

Food was delicious. I had the beans and greens which had 2 baked over easy eggs and yummy sourdough bread infused with bacon. Speaking of bacon the whole table shared an app portion of bacon and cooked perfectly thru. The breakfast pizza I tried and I'll get that next time. That could be shared I think. Service was pretty darn good and acoustics were noticeably well done because the place was packed. 5 stars would be if the bloody Mary spoke to me more. Otherwise top notch joint well executed even when busy. Good times with family!

Always enjoy my meals here. Great wait staff. Great food. Great drinks. So glad I love within walking distance!

Great food, huge selection of Belgian beers. I usually get poutine, a Quebecois delicacy. Mussels are also a popular choice.

Come here every time I go to Pittsburgh! The Poutine is fantastic. I think that it's best without the meat on it though as the meat option forfeits the wonderful gravy.
