We are very happy with our experience at PizzaRev in Cordova. We were given coupons for free pizza if we showed up during their soft opening on Feb 14. Two of my coworkers and I planned on going, but somehow we mixed up the time and we showed up an hour before they opened. We totally would have come back at the actual time, but the employees insisted we order. They were very understanding and polite, and to top it off the pizza was delicious! We will definitely be putting PizzaRev at the top of our list of favorite restaurants.

I brought my wife here for her first time and boy do I regret it. We ordered our pizzas and everything was great until the checkout lady came to my table and said my pizza stuck to the oven because of a lack of flour and they would have to remake it. I proceeded to the counter and had to remake my pizza. I asked for thin dough again but there was only double dough so I took it. I asked for cheddar cheese again I was told to wait so she could go to back and get some. This whole time my wife’s pizza is still in oven. She comes from back to inform me no more cheddar cheese so I reply just refund my money for this pizza please. She pulls my wife’s pizza out over and it’s the crispiest crust i had ever seen and the edges were curled up. That’s when I asked for a full refund. I paid with my card earlier but for some reason I have to get back cash with $3.79 of it in change.(quarters,nickels, and pennies) So disappointed with Pizza Rev Cordova by Trinity. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend any else going there.

Had a great experience today. Everyone working there had a great attitude, quite uplifting and friendly. I asked for a little bit of onion on my pizza and they sprinkled just a bit. Really dig the beer wall since it lets me start off with a light beer that goes well with pizza and finish off with something darker. Also, the review about the black spots on the pizza: that happens in the type of oven they use, it's not "dirty" and it actually adds a bit of flavor. If you want your factory-made pizzas you can always look elsewhere. Definitely coming back!

Had an awful time there they advertised half price beer from 3p to 6p. When I paid my check the manager of the location said they are not setup to honor that at this location. She was no help said there was nothing she could do or would do. Didn't try hard in my book. I asked why have the sign up if you cant do it. I asked for the number to corporate she provided the number to Brandon the regional manager. I attempted to call him and his voice mail is not setup.(couldn't leave message what a shame)...Wont be back if you cant honor what you advertise. False Advertising..Update spoke to Brandon he quickly resolved my issue and apologized. He stated there system was setup and it was the mgr on duty who was at fault. Thanks Brandon.!!!
