If I was able to give less than 1 star I would. SADLY this is the ONLY LJS in the Memphis area, but I will never return. The service here is horrible, the store was extremely filthy... Drinks had spilled on the counter and left to dry as they were. ALL of the Employees, Managers especially, have no care for their store or customers experience. A Manager took out order for an item that they did not even have and said nothing about it. Until I mentioned the item was not in our order. I CAN GO ON but I trust this is enough. Of you decide to take the chance.... I TRULY hope you have a better experience.

The drive thru speakers was broke and sat in line for 28 minutes before I left. The line never moved and the inside was closed. Very disappointed I came over an hour away.

This place was atrocious, the service was horrible. The cleanliness of the restaurant was nonexistent, a customer came in and wiped down counters and tables. She also emptied trash, this place needs to be restaffed.

I love the food but, I give this only location a 2 1/2 stars because for 2 weeks now drive thru has been out of order! No cone to block drive, NO sign of out of order just a line of cars waiting. the first time i was in line 10 min. before i was to the speaker and was told to come inside. I was cool with that. but to come back a week later with 4 cars in front of me I assumed the drive is open. 5 min pass and the first car pulls around after 10 more min I'm at the speaker. "Please come inside". I was on my lunch break 15 min wasted in a broken drive-thru. i requested them to put up a sign or block the drive. I get the "ghost face". And By the way I worked for LJS for 7yrs And our district manager would never have put up with this.
