Our waitress was great. I had to wait on my spouse to get done from work and it took a while and the waitress make sure to take care of us no matter what. However the chili cheese dip came out really nasty. They happily replaced it but that was a little odd seeing as that is one of their signature appetizers. I hope in the future that we won’t see this but sometimes things happen in restaurants.

I absolutely love Chili's it's one of my favorites. I'm there so often I feel as though I'm a part of the staff.... They love me and I love them.. Great food and service....🤗🤗

The restaurant was short staffed on waiters. Traditional American food. Adequate. Short wait time to be seated. Great service otherwise.

The food was really good. The drinks were good. However we were told the wait was 15 minutes but it took us 45 minutes to get a table, when there were empty tables everywhere. The service was extremely slow. It took 15-20 minutes to get our drinks. The appetizer was not what we ordered. They did correct it but charged us extra on our ticket. It took 30 minutes before they took our order and they were out of ribs, it was a Saturday night. The waitress said they ran out of ribs 30 minutes earlier. If they would have taken our order in a timely manner we would have been able to have ribs. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Tonight after shopping we stopped at Chili's for a a large dinner. I ordered the Margarita Grilled Chicken the portion size was great for 600 calories. I have ordered it several times in the past at the Clarksville location and it is always really good. However, tonight at this location near Cool Springs Galleria is came out barely warm and the tortilla strips on top were stale. The Southwestern Eggrolls appetizer we ordered was delicious and the service was good so maybe they just had an off night on Margarita Chicken.
