I’ve worked fast food and I know how demanding it can be. This store is an absolute failure though. There are never enough staff working, especially on weekend nights. They told me “order when you’re ready” and I had to repeat my order FOUR TIMES and I could see through the window that they were doing other things and not listening. Then my order came out wrong. There’s another TB down the street, I guess I’ll have to go there next time.

Worst Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bell. Been there on a couple different occasions this week both times they screwed my order up. I go back to the store with my food and receipt the lady is like I made this!! Well congratulations but it never made it in my bag. Went again last night and the food was horrible I think the meat was spoiled I’ve been sick all night from it. Tried to call the number sends me to a fax machine or something. The saddest part of all is that the kids and I absolutely love Taco Bell and I hate to do it but I won’t be back. One bad apple ruins it for the whole dang bunch. This place needs new management with a quickness

I have been here on a couple of occasions and each time they apologize for being understaffed. I’m starting to think this is a normal thing. Expect a 15-20 minute wait for the drive through.

Ordered & payed on line (because I don't eat meat & its always a hassle to make substitutions in the drive thru.) I get there they can't find my order yet they took my $$$ so of course I call corporate only to be told it'll take 7-10 business days for someone to contact me about a refund. The little rude ghetto girl who couldn't find my order was at least entertaining so I'll let her be but all in all this location is trash so just keep going & save yourself the time trouble or headache.
