This was a farewell meal . My daughter wanted a little more family time before she left to go home. Her grandmother had just passed away and she was looking for more comfort. These people we're great here. Got our orders in, and let us have some peace so we could enjoy our meal before she left. Thank you .

I have never been here before & i wanted to try it & i will never go back. We were told a 30-45 minute wait, once we got seated there were over 25 empty tables. It was just as hot inside as it was outside (90) making it very hard to enjoy a meal with a 3 yr old & a 4 mo old. People that sat down after us had already gotten their food & had finished. finally after 40 min we got our food. The spaghetti sauce did not taste good & it was watery in the bottom. me & my husband were miserable from it being so hot, we boxed our food & left. Save your money, Olive Gardens spaghetti is way better.

I understand we had a group of 14, but the service was really really slow. I asked for water 3 different times & ended up going to the bar & getting water there. Took forever to take our food order, forever to get it. The Westend location has always been our go to location. I think we will stick to that one.

Three women were standing at the front looking at papers. I thought that it seemed wired since it wasn't very busy and I could visibly see open tables while passing by to go to the disgusting restroom. There were no paper towels to dry off my hands and the floors were all dirty. Obviously a poorly managed establishment. Especially given that there was just a downtime period between 2 and 4 to prepare for the dinner rush. I arrived approximately 4:45, so still early in the dinner rush. We sat in the bar since it was open and available immediately. However I had time to go to the restroom and stop and mention the paper towel issue and no one came to greet my family. I went back to inquire where the server may be located and they said he had a full section elsewhere in the restroom. I was done now and left. This place was/is a disaster.

The atmosphere is great. The food is really good. I had the lasagna platter which is huge and came with more food then I could finish. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the chairs at the table we were seated at weren't very comfortable so I'd suggest requesting a booth.
