An Austin classic. The best burger in town IMHO and the best sweet potato fries on the planet. I rarely see children there but they accommodate my brood of three famously. Great service with soul and personality. Fresh buns and good flavor combos make it a revelation every time, I always get the Goodnight Good Cause. They do not like to overlook their burgers so if pink grosses you out let them know. Even when I say well done it often comes out pink. (My only complaint) The patties are magical and taste delicious even by themselves and a day old. They usually have long lines during peak days/times but have a good system to get the most out of every chair. They make their own drool-worthy sauces, my favorite is the plain ketchup and the special elixir that comes with sweet potato fries. The shakes are good but spendy. It’s full service even though you order before seating, so tip like you mean it!

I'm vegetarian, so I went for their "Impossible Burger" which was fantastic! Probably the best version in Austin. They also have a Bean & Corn based veggie burger that I didn't try. Parmesan Fries were excellent and my wife loved her milkshake. For first timers, it's a cool experience as you queue up to place your order at the back of the restaurant. You are then assigned a table and your food is brought out to you. Reasonable prices for the quality and taste.

You may have your favorite burger ever here. One of the more convenient spots on south congress because there's a free parking garage behind it for customers (don't forget to ask the cashier to validate your parking) Waiting in line is half the experience with speedy and friendly line service for drinks. The burgers are juicy and the meat melts in your mouth. They've got a great selection of patties and you can swap out the patty on any burger - I personally always get a grass fed patty. There's something for everyone and some things I've never seen elsewhere like the blue cheddar cheese on one of the burgers. I wish the prices were a little lower, or that the burgers came with at least a little bit of (those insanely good truffle) fries, but hey, it's all so good that's it's more than worth it now and then

It is a great place! There is great customer service, they have servers handing out water to the people in line which usually goes out the door. Nice open and friendly atmosphere. The implementation of iPads to order while in line do when you get to the front you simply just pay. This restaurant was recommended to me by a friend and I thought it was all hype but from the Burger and fries you can see the attention to flavor and detail, lots of flavor lots of value. 10/10 would recommend and come back again!

Best burger in town! The gluten free buns here are great and the prices are definitely reasonable. The patty is always thick and juicy. If you don't like juicy burgers, go ahead and stick with McDonald's. But if you want a 'real' burger, then this is your place.
