Walk in counter person is laying on the register. Not a hello. No response. Finally stands up and takes my order. Doesn't ask if I want original or extra crispy. I have to correct him as he drops the box on the tray for me to take. Doesn't ask what sides I want, and makes that choice for me. The shift lead scolds him in front of me for not giving customer receipts with there orders. He then tosses mine as she turns her back. Manager was too busy with other things to talk to me about my situation. Cashier continues his rude behavior with other guests as I'm leaving. Not sure I want to return.

A KFC is a KFC. This one is not special. Probably staffed by the most unhelpful or unhappy staff but you don't go to KFC for the service. You go there for the chicken. I ordered a 4 price dark chicken only in the drive thru. And that what I got. Wasn't super fresh and wasn't dried out just average.

I arrived at 10:03 and ordered a seven piece special of crispy chicken. The manager stated he only had grill chicken. When I got to window, I stated someone must have been late. He told me that a company ordered 300 pieces of chicken. I believe he was lying. I went to the one on William Cannon Dr and had all kinds of chicken prepared.
