It's official... this is our families new favorite pizza in the area. Two visits to the same location within one week, is definitely not normal for us. This time around we ordered a large pepperoni and carrot cake. Both were delicious. The server was kind and courteous. Very short wait time and the staff in the location were very friendly. We ordered Dominoes Pizza at work today and after taking a bite, I felt inclined to... One: Share the experience with Russo's with all my colleagues... Two: Remember to share my experience on this review forum... The only negative instance was when our family uncomfortably watched a male higher up, openly scold one of the employees for wearing his apron on the floor. Completely understand the redirect and importance of resetting expectations with employees however, it could have been done more discretely. Instead of in front of customers and other personnel, cringe worthy. Having expectations and standards is wonderful, but let's not forget professional courtesy and etiquette.

3.5. Food was good. Serving sizes seemed a tad small but not bad. Plenty of sauce, which is always a good thing in my mind. I've had better, but this is not a knock, the food was tasty and we ate all of it. Service - the guy was really trying and it seemed like he was going to do a good job. But, after the first couple of ice tea refills, he never got to it again even stopping by our table 3 or 4 times with the empty glass right in front of him. Also, we had appetizers, and I had stacked used plates at the front edge of the table. I saw him look at them, but he never cleared them. The stack of dirty dishes sat there at the table the entire meal. Too bad.

I'm going with 3 stars for now as I've only eaten here once. My family of three enjoyed our food. The pizza my daughter order came out about 5 minutes later than the rest of the food, but as a new restaurant I assume they are still working on timing. My husband and I both ordered half sandwich and salad but it was a whole sandwich that came on the plate. Not that this is an issue just surprising when you expect a half. The ambiance is nice and the waitress was really nice as well. Close and convenient to our house so we will try again.

Wonderful experience. The wait was short, the staff were friendly, the food was delicious. Ordered house sauce large pepperoni, calamari and a salad. Big thank you to the courteous gentleman in the back... he walked by, placing new cakes in the glass section and went above and beyond for our table. (Clearly not a waiter, but one of the good folks behind the curtain.) He noticed that I was scanning the room for our waiter and took initiative by asking if he could help. Brought us some to go boxes and took the time to answer all of my Husband's questions regarding this new establishment. He was kind, courteous and professional... he was knowledgable and politely excused himself before thanking us for giving them the opportunity to serve our family. I asked the hostess for his name...and was pleasantly surprised by that as well.....thank you "Jedi".... knowing that this establishment has great service and food is one thing but, interacting with people that clearly care makes any experience that much better.

Great place. Good food. Excellent Staff. Thank you Jedi (bald gentleman with tattoos on his arms)for your exceptional service this past weekend. Your friendliness complimented the server that was helping us. Will be back to try the 28" pizza. Delicious.
