The only Freebirds I go to...there are others in Austin but this is the BEST! They always have fresh food, GREAT customer service and make a special effort to get it perfect. I have food allergies that make it really hard for me to eat out but I went in for my birthday and had the best custom burrito I have EVER had in my life!!! And I cook! The variety of tortillas alone will please everyone and they have pretty much everything you could ask for...And sizes for all appetites. The Monster Burrito is as big as my face!! Check it out...And keep Austin Weird!

The food is always good and the staff is always friendly. Lunch rush means a line to the door but they move pretty quick. Never had a bad experience and I eat here fairly often.

To this day, Freebirds is one of my all time favorite places to grab a bite, and this Freebirds location is definitely my "home" store, if I could claim one. My boyfriend and I used to come here for lunch all the time, and the staff is always so awesome! The manager, Jay, is funny and friendly. The blonde guy who wears a backwards ball cap is awesome as well. When they were running the 'Tattoo Tuesdays' special, he believed that I had a tattoo on my back without me having to take off my shirt for the whole store to see! LOL

Walked in to eat and the staff ignored us like we weren’t even there. No one said a word to us. Worst experience at any restaurant in the area. If you ask me I would not waste my time, if I’m gonna spend my hard earned money I will choose another business with people that care about their jobs. So if you are thinking of going here weigh you options.

I love freebies, but the staff here seems to be more interested in being Austin and surly and I don't need all that. To be fair, I did go on National Burrito Day, but still... being nice doesn't cost anything extra
