By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Chick-fil-A. I went in one morning before work (which is not a privilege I enjoy often since I work at a school). I placed an order that included 3 orders. I had to wait 8 minutes while they cooked chicken for the breakfast sandwiches... ridiculous. When I made it to work, I realized an entire order of chicken minis was missing from the bag. I called the location and the “manager” I spoke with was not apologetic at all (despite the inconvenience I was caused). She simply said she would place my name in this infamous book for the next time I come in. That’s the thing... I’m hardly ever on that side of town, so it’s not feasible for me to just go there at any time. Well about 3 weeks later, I just so happened to be in the area and decided to go there to get my minis. Well again, the service was horrible. The associate at the counter gave me attitude as if I wasn’t entitled to the food I paid for. After flipping through the book, she gave me the minis. I asked for a small order of hash browns for the inconvenience. She told me no... that’s not what was in the book. I asked her who was the manager that took my information, and she told me she couldn’t give me that information. What?!! It’s not like you work for the government! It’s a fast food establishment! Why can’t I get the name of the manager... Fine! Then I asked for a small lemonade (which I was going to pay for). No regular lemonade.. only diet. At 9:30 in the a.m. there’s no lemonade! That was it. I asked for a comment card with corporate office number. I called but of course nothing really happened. Just an apology for my experience. I will NEVER visit this location again. I have shared my experience with co-workers as well who will not frequent this location either.

Always a pleasure. I've never had bad service here, even when it's busy or early. They don't even judge you for ordering ice cream at 7am (or at the very worst, politely wait for you to leave beforehand.)

Superb service accompanies an above average meal. The staff is patient, nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The food (all chicken) if flavor full and delicious, but do expect to pay almost $30 for a family of four. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. One of my favorite places to eat anywhere they can be found.

Great food and if you go on Tuesday they have a fantastic special for every meal you buy you get 8 extra chicken nuggets free also it is very clean and the staff are very nice
