The service we had at this Cracker Barrel was the worst we’ve ever gotten! It started with them calling our name for a table and we had to wait ten more minutes. Don’t call us until you’re ready to seat us! When the waiter brought our drinks he didn’t take our order but instead went into the kitchen and didn’t return for ten minutes. We asked for blueberry pancakes with our order. When our order came they weren’t blueberry pancakes. He took them back to the kitchen. Ten to fifteen minutes goes by and the blueberry pancakes finally come out. By that time our other plate with the eggs and ham is cold. I ask the waiter to take it to the kitchen to warm. About ten minutes later he brings out the plates but didn’t bring the extra butter we asked for the last time he was at the table. The only reason I gave two stars is because, after he finally got it right, the food was great. After eating, we go to the counter to pay and discover the waiter had put an add-on of pecans for the pancakes. There weren’t any pecans on them and we didn’t ask for any. The quality of service was absolutely terrible on this visit!

Once we got our food we realized it was all cold. Nothing was even remotely warm. Our server was not attentive. We asked her for ketchup and after 30 mins she just brought us our check and walked away. Almost immediately after eating there this morning I started feeling sick. At first I didn't think anything about it. But as the day has gone on I've started feeling worse and worse. My husband came home and when I described how I was feeling, he was certain it was food poisoning. I'm very disappointed in the service and quality of the food. We will not be returning.

The waitress was great. The food was soooo weak. Not good at all. Worst of all, their dishes are filthy. We asked to replace our dining utensils a few time. Disgusting chunks of food or something on them. Wash a dish!!! Can only imagine what goes into their food.

I pass by this place on my way go work every morning. A week ago I finally decided to stop by and have breakfast. My goodness the food, and service was amazing. I had the Southwestern hash & eggs. It consisted of eggs any style, potatoes mixed with sausage with two biscuits and coffee. The last time I was here was nearly twenty years ago. In the last week I've been here twice.

SO GOOD! And the shopping store!!! I wanted to buy everything! Great food and great service. I only went here once and it was lovely. Really cozy and intimate setting for dining alone, as a couple, or in a group.
