This incident happened on February 28, a Wednesday. I stopped by this place at noon to grab some lunch. Close to thirty minutes later, my order was still not ready, so I requested a refund. Apparently most of the employees had called in sick. The only employees running the restaurant were the manager and a female employee (who I'm sure wished she had not shown up either, considering the incredibly abusive way he was treating her). He should have made a managerial decision and closed the place for the day. Instead, he took it out on the one person who didn't call in sick. She was doing everything she could to stay on top of things, and he was being totally unprofessional. My complaint is not about the service. My complaint is about the abusive manager, who clearly does not deserve his position as a manager. He needs to take some training in how to be more respectful toward his employees. I hope someone in charge of this restaurant reads this and amends this situation. A demotion should be in his near future.

Over priced and just as bad as golden chick. Only thing i enjoyed was the rolls with honey and some of the hot sauce on my tenders. Bathrooms were nasty and there was only two other families in the resturant. Wont be coming back probably wont be open long.

Just like Chicken Express. They have tenders. We're willing to give me half and half sweet and regular tea. Besides are also quite tasty.

Please explain to me how a chicken place runs out of almost every type of chicken and they still have over an hour before they close? The mashed potatoes are so over peppered it is disgusting. The rolls taste like they had been sitting out all day. This was my first and last time ever going there. The guy forgot to give my card back so I had to remind him, then he forgot our drinks. Service and food both sucked. For everyone else save yourself the time and trouble and just go to chicken express, it's so much better.

We like their chicken and the livers.i am not fond of the drive thru. Wish there was a window like other restaurants. I heard a rumor they may be closing this location. Hopefully its just a rumor.
