Fantastic BBQ in the airport. Amazing. The staff was excellent. Ed took my order...probably the best worker at any quick service restaurant I've been to...especially in an airport were service is usually curt at best. Thanks, Ed, you made my meal memorable!

Took a brisket sandwich for the flight. the foam box was a little messy, but the sandwich, the okra, and the slaw were all good. As i say, the only thing that we could ask for more, would be better to-go boxes.

10:45 on a Saturday: The cashier neither greeted me nor smiled. Despite having multiple orders waiting the kitchen employee, who was socializing with another employee in the dining area, had to be asked by another patron to return to the kitchen so that the patron could eat during her limited lunch break. While the okra was freshly-fried, the remainder of the pulled pork sandwich platter was extremely disappointing. The meat was quite dry with little flavor, and had to be rescued by the barbecue sauce. I actually enjoyed the flavor of the sauce, despite its remarkable similarity to Arby-Q sauce. However the long hair I found in the sauce was clearly unappetizing. I noted that neither the kitchen employee nor the cashier, both of whom spent time in the kitchen, wore hair nets at any time. Unequivocally it was the worst barbecue I can recall ever having, and I wouldn't say that my standards are particularly high. Ultimately I would avoid this place if you are in terminal E. There is a Dickey's in the satellite part of the terminal which is more reliable and with higher standards in both food and service.

Sunny Bryan’s has pretty good barbecue. They are not stingy with their meat. I got the half pound plate and I believe they gave me a full half pound. The downside is they only have one sauce and it’s vinegar-based. So if you’re looking for sweet barbecue sauce this is NOT the place to go. However if you like vinegary sauce then it’s a really good place to go.

For being Texas BBQ it should not be at DFW International. It's the Worst I've ever had in Texas. No mames, the Frozen Dinner BBQ are more delightful. Only positive was the service was o.k. though.
