This former New Yorker LOVES Sal's!!! Our waitress was really sweet, our food was perfect and the restaurant was clean. We were offered 2 free desserts for our 2 birthday kids and they truly made it a special dinner. Candles and song included! Will definitely be back soon!

It’s like coming home and eating in a kitchen. I love it when Amy offers up an idea and has it whipped up in the kitchen. For years, I’ve been treated like I’m “part of the family!” You know it’s great, when you see owners of other restaurants in the neighborhood sneaking in for a slice of pizza!

Sal's is my favorite Italian food restaurant in Dallas! The food is authentic and delicious, the service impeccable (ask for Diamond), and the hospitality makes you feel like one of the family, thanks to Amy! If you enjoy Mom and Pop shops, as do I, then you'll love Sal's Pizza Restaurant...check it out!

True New York Pizza! Pasta was also fantastic. Waiter was great when he realized we were headed to a Stars game, he got us taken care right away.

I ordered ahead of time online. Was given time that the food would be ready. Arrived about that time after struggling to find parking. The cashier tolls me to take a seat at the bar, after 10mins waiting I went yup to the register and still waited. There weren't many people on there, word because it was ambit 7:40pm, go figure! Some other guy came over and bagged my food. They were not hospitable at all. Opened the order, 2 burnt meat balls slightly smothered in 'meat sauce'. They gave me 3 pieces of stale bread and some butter. Not great at all. Some people had warned me against going there but I like to give people chances. Unfortunately, this was not a great experience.
