Nice place. I have been here only once to their car show. I don't know how do they do at night since there are so many bad reviews, but during the day time it's fine. During my last visit the place was not very busy but it took a while they brought the food. There was good music playing all the time. Waitresses were kind and nice. Overall, I am satisfied with my visit and the exclusive cars.

My family and I went here for the first time on 03/14/18 around 11:00pm where we sat down at the bar and ordered drinks. The place was not very busy, but that was great for us as we were looking for a quiet atmosphere in order to continue catching up post-dinner. Before our drinks were served to us, a bouncer came over and asked that my sister not put her head down on the bar. She explained that she was very tired and apologized. Not two minutes later, the guy comes back around demanding she not to lean on her elbow either. She apologized again and told them that she is a mother of three and was tired from our dinner but that she had only ordered a water. None of us were acting unruly or obnoxious; I know I was confused as to what the problem could be. As a group, we felt unwelcome, immediately. As paying customers, we felt we were rudely interrupted from enjoying our evening, but we understood that rules are rules. However, we had been there not 5 minutes and were accused of causing trouble. We absolutely did not deserve the amount of disrespect we received, but for some reason, the manager disagreed, I suppose. I then, asked the manager to comp my drinks as I was not even able to have a sip before all of this and did not feel comfortable here. He agreed that the charges would be reversed but still defended his employee’s behavior, our group was pretty appalled. After we settled on another venue, who had absolutely no issues with our group giving them business, I went back to double check that our cards would not be charged and explained to the manager that his bartender lost money because of his unprofessional management style and rude bouncer. He did not seem to care how any of us felt. Days later, the pending charge on my credit card ends up going through despite our very clear conversation which happened in front of his bouncer and the bartender who attempted to serve us. I called to ask about it being reversed and was told to wait until the general manager could resolve it. I called back again tonight to inquire again and the number went straight to voicemail three times, before I determined he was not answering on purpose. Since yesterday evening, I have heard nothing from him. Again, this is very poor management and my issue should have been resolved immediately. I would not go to this bar if you are looking to enjoy your evening.

Uptown Dallas joint, always packed and the atmosphere is live with music, people, and city life. There's a nice club feel to the interior and the outside part of the building has a patio/sports feel to it with the wooden tables, Jenga games, and turf flooring. Overall an upscale bar and grill.

This is definitely a place I'd prefer to go to for a GNO. Loud pop and hip hop music. Lots of dancing. I like that there are mirrors along the walls near the RR. Keeps the lines/congestion down. Usually a line. Dress well and have the right F:M ratios of you want in with the bouncer. Has it's own large patio space with a 2nd bar.
