First time, probably the last time. Reason being is that I am not impressed with the food. I ordered two of the basil chicken rice dishes, and the chicken and vegetables do not have any sauce and was very plain. Not worth $9. Perhaps if you are generally a big fan of their featured food item, which is Pho, then you might try this restaurant. For me, the taste of the food is the deal-breaker. The physical decorations, and calm ambience of the restaurant contributed to my rating as well, cozy place, but small and feels scrunched. Also, the chicken was slightly undercooked, so I do not recommend!!

Very good Vietnamese with excellent prices. It's a small place with about 15 tables but they are pretty quick and my wife and I loved the food. Haven't tried this boba tea but they have a large selection of tea and smoothies. Also plenty of vegetarian options as well as beef, chicken, pork, etc. They have bowls, noodles, rice dishes, something for everyone. I highly recommend them for a cozy flavorful meal. Staff are friendly and service was quick.

The pho was terrible when I went there a couple of days ago. It's like each time I visit, they add more salt to the broth. This time was too much and the meat tasted spoiled.
