Great service. Very attentive and polite. But could do better on the chicken pieces. Keep getting smaller and very dry. Maybe to much time on the grill? Cooks not paying attention to what there doing ?

One of the best pollo al carbon you can find. Wished their chicken pieces were bigger but other than that pretty good and fresh.

Lots of food. I bought the Carbonite 3 PC chicken plate with 2 sides. Macaroni salad was not good the green salad was good. The chicken was grilled and good spice flavor. It was a lot of food. We could have easily shared a plate. Good fast food option. Service was good and the manager came out to ask how was everything which was a nice touch.

Good place for lunch, a quick dinner or a take out order. Possibly better value and taste than the Rudy's on the other side of Artcraft. The burgers and sides aren't too shabby either.
