Screaming kids including one toddler in full-on melt down bawling at the top of his lungs. After asking the family to remove him and getting flipped off talked to the manager. Explained to him that I have a head injury from the army and that the screaming was giving me a migraine from the other side of the entire restaurant. I was literally sitting in the far corner and the screaming kid was next to the soda machine. Manager assured me he would talk to them. And then disappeared into the back without ever talking to the parents of the screaming kid. This is in El Paso, the home of Fort Bliss. And this is how little respect this manager has for veterans. Never again will I patronize this place.

Very family friendly atmosphere they attend to your needs and are always preparing pizzas when low and they also have personal pizzas.

Though Cici's prices have not changed for some time, the food quality has. Except for a couple of pies, (mostly due to very spicy meat or seasoning) most of the pizza flavors are not as good tasting as in the past. Their emphasis seems to be more of getting the pizza out onto the hot- place, rather than making good tasting food. They seemed to be facing a "huge shortage of sauce" for the pizza or the sauce has been so thinly spread that if it weren't for the red color you would not believe it was even used. Such a shame because Cici's buffet style all you can eat is well liked by customers wanting to sample the pizza variety offered. The sit-down eating areas were clean and well tended to by staff and the server staff appeared generally responsive to customers.

I loved this place due to the fact that u may order pizza separately from the buffet. Great place for the family to go eat some pizza, watch a game while the kids enjoy the little arcade room.
