The food is good BUT the wings are very small. I ordered online and went to the store to pick up my order. It was ready when I got there. My food could have been warmer. But the food was still good and seasoned perfectly. But I’m slightly disappointed that I paid $11 for 6 baby sized wings.

They had me waiting for over 30 minutes for my food and when I asked how much longer it would take, they finally handed me my food. So it had been sitting back there the whole time and they did not say anything. On top of that, my order was wrong. Never coming back to this location. Need to work on customer service skills.

The food is great! No complaints with taste. However my last 2 carryout online orders have been significantly incorrect. That is missing at least 10 pieces of chicken. Also lately the lemon pepper chicken containers and bags have been soaking through with grease. We have gotten it over our clothes, car seats and floor mats. When my daughter picked up our online carryout orders, she complained about the attitude of the woman that assisted her. What is going on???

I will usually give you 3 times to disappoint me with bad service. I phoned in a to go order today and was told the wait time would be 25 minutes. No problem....i expected you to be busy. Arrive and there is one young lady at the front counter on the phone. Other lines are ringing off the wall and no one helping her. I stand there and wait patiently for my turn. Then a taller Hispanic female comes to the front and out a a few calls on hold. ...and after what seemed forever.....asked if she could help me. Processes my order hands me a cup for my drink. I saw a few orders in the holding area but figured mine wasn't ready yet. I sit down to wait. I watched people come in.....NO ONE WAS GREETED and the staff treated every transaction like it was a bother and they would rather be anyplace else but work. Now people that ordered after me are getting their orders....or so it seemed. There was one couple left that was dining in that still hadn't received their order.....that was my gauge for when I would react. All the while the gentleman cooking the fries is clearly noticing my anger and frustratiom build. I sit a while longer while the three at the front counter chat it up and text.....as my order sits there and gets cold. Now the fry cook can see my stink eye glare at the three up front. He finally bring it to their attention that I had been waiting for some time (my hero). Young lady finally asks me my name and looks through the orders on the rack. Pulls out my order that has been sitting there getting cold for the better part of 20 minutes that I was sitting there. Have no idea how long it was sitting there before I arrived. I politely asked for a refund of my purchase. Then was given a look of "really" with a side glance. She then goes to the back and disappointment #3 comes out. I'm assuming she was in charge. As someone who has worked in Customer Service for YEARS!!!! The first thing I have always trained employees to do is... Make it right (within reason ) for the customer. Your staff failed on many levels today.. I actually enjoy Wimgstop and have a nephew who has a franchise. I will never patronize your establishment again and will continue to drive the extra miles to use the one on Collins/Rd to Six Flags .No one will read or respond to this bit I feel better writing it. Maybe when more people like me just stop coming you will do something.
