This very specific Burger King is better than the surrounding locations in the area. Any time, day or night, my food has been fresh and correct. Very nice decor and overall clean location.

Not wanting to take my order cus they were in a rush to go home. Might as well shut it down for good. It was 10 pm at the time they turned me away

This has got to be one of the WORST Burger King locations known to man! Literally every time I come here, they say they’re out of one thing or another. They’ve been “out of” burger patties, French fries, and even onion rings! Never has it been as bad as it was today though. After being subjected to an extremely unprofessional teenager who played around on the intercom, after taking ten minutes to even greet me, I was informed that, and I quote, “We ran out of everything. You have to go somewhere else.” I was infuriated and thought this was a joke. I immediately asked for a manager to which I was left waiting again for another ten minutes. She eventually came to the intercom and wouldn’t initially give her name out. Blame it on the “lack of understanding” of English or whatever. Eventually she gave me the name Rosa, then corrected herself saying that“Rosa? Oops, I mean Isabel Flores” was her name. She then proceeded to say that the broiler was down but I could wait in line for an hour...seriously? An hour long wait for a burger? I think not. This is the third and final time that I’ll let this particular location “run out of things” on me. I’ll never return to this location and I’d seriously suggest that all other people in the area steer clear as well.

30 minutes before closing and no one answers at the drive through. We pulled up to the window and 4 guys are all watching tv. Every Burger King I go to does this. Managers need to make sure their workers are actually working until business hours are over.

I have never been so upset and disrespectful. The staff is awful. They told me in the drive through to pull around then forgot me. I dont have money to wast on food they throw together then forgot to bring me. No thank u. Home training would go a long way.
