Okay so given the point my boyfriend loved this place so much. I was excited too try it for the first time.. When we got there it was barely 9 we were also the only people in there. We started choosing the toppings but it was very difficult to choose what there was no labels on the toppings and on top of that the lids were covering everything. The guy had a bad attitude and the girl was off for some reason she was not attentive at all. At the end she forgot to give us our drinks. worse customer service ever.

First of all this kids working at night shift were the rudest kids I ever seen, worst customer service ever , the guy was super rude , I was choosing for my toppings but I couldn’t see what to choose bc it looked like they “were about to close” at 9:00 pm?? I couldn’t even choose my sauces bc he close my sandwich, the cashier looked like she was on drugs, she wasn’t paying attention and she forgot my drinks, like where are the adults or manager. I been here before and never had a problem until tonight. My meat not fresh enough was dry my avocado looked like it was there the whole day. Bad bad bad

Ehh. This place USUALLY has only ONE PERSON working. The other person is always somewhere else, and it goes by slow. Everyday, there is a new person, and they are all gone. Just a single, unfortunate person trying to serve 10 people.

Poor coordination between employees. Waited more than 10 minutes to be greeted (i was the 3rd person inside).

Kinda have a problem with both employees are sitting right outside the open door smoking cigarettes. If I wanted a sandwich that tastes like cigarettes, I'd go to my mom's.
