This was one of my favorite places to go and eat. After this weekend, that is not the case. I was told that they no longer accept private bookings on the weekend. As a matter a fact on my way back from the bathroom I noticed a party was in one of the private rooms. One of the managers told me that the no longer book people on the weekends because they want to take care of her customers, which I understand. Then she proceeded to tell me to come back on a week day. Later as I was leaving and saw this party coming in, I went the hosts and told them what she had told me. The looked at me and were like "what she told you that?" because they knew that they book parties on the weekends. Another manager claims that they booked this event and I quote "a long time ago" before they stopped doing the weekend booking. I was just so disappointed on the fact that they could not get their stories straight. It seemed like they could not cover up their lie. Very disappointing. Needless to say: Go to the Southlake location, they have amazing customer service.

The guacamole is exceptional and the chicken enchilada with sour cream sauce remains one of my favorites. If you're craving vegetables, try the spinach enchiladas. They're buried under so many sauteed vegetables that you can't see the enchiladas!

This place is incredible, and my server, Parag, was absolutely outstanding! He gave me great service and offered many different options! As this is my first time dining here, I will definitely be dining here again if that is the type of service you receive here!

Very good food. Several locations in the metroplex. Helpful tip for busy nights at the Alliance location (Keller/FW) location for parties of two is that they have seating in the bar area where you can sit almost immediately. You can choose to wait for a bigger table or just eat there. Most plates are $10 and up. Even experienced drinkers should limit themselves to ONE Mambo Taxi. 😀
