Place was very clean. And management greeted us at the door! Pizza was always fresh. Best one I have been to! Me and my family will be back again!

This is the second time visiting, and being disappointed. If you are going to have a teachers appreciation day for a free buffet then put on the coupon with purchase of a drink like any other business would. After going through this with the manager I have called in on once before because of his horrible treatment of an elderly woman, and have had enough of his attitude. I will never darken the doors of this location again and encourage anyone related to the public service sector to avoid it like the plague. The management does not care for your service nor do they appreciate your patronage.

The food was fresh and it wasn't over crowded. Really friendly atmosphere from the staff.

We had dinner at this location last week. I grew up going to cici's with my grandparents and have fond memories of this place. I was disappointed to not hear one staff member say the slogan "Hi! Welcome to Cici's". Several items were out of stock, including napkins. I approached the manager to ask a question, and waited as he used his cell phone behind the buffet counter. The food was also extremely below average. We left the facility after a few bites, and about 5 minutes. The one star was earned by the female employee who was taking her time to thoroughly clean the floors and tables. Other than that, I was disappointed, and won't be returning. Although these things may seem like small matters. One must remember "the small things are the big things". All of the small details create a companies quality, and culture. From my observation, it seems as though operations are being conducted with a "just going through the motions" attitude. Disregarding the essence that makes a business come a live and thrive to the next level.
