Visited Chang's yesterday craving for some good Chinese food only to leave disappointed. We ordered the Mongolian Beef and Chicken entrees from their Dining Special at $8.95 each. Special includes your choice of fried/steam rice, soup and an egg roll which is a plus as other places will charge extra. Upon receiving my Hot & Sour soup, I just disliked the taste and requested to exchange it for the eggdrop but it was bad as well. I know each restaurant has their own recipe but there is just a foul taste on these soups. As for the entrees the only plus is that Chang's serving portions are generous. Unfortunately both the Mongolian Beef and Chicken missed their marks tasting bland and in dire need of more salt and garlic. 20 dollars later, I can surely say I won't be returning to Chang's anytime soon.

I love the fried rice from this restaurant. It tastes exactly how I used to get it in Colombia I just love that has so much flavor and goes great with french fries.

Very rude cashier. I was picking up an order for a uber eats customer. I was the only person at the counter, and there was only a group of four people at one table. So they were not very busy. When the order came i asked for napkins. I like to get as a courtesy for customers. The not so gentleman cashier said the customer didnt order napkins so they dont get any. As i pick up the two bags of food while selecting pickup on my phone he gestures his hands as if to brush the food off the counter. After this treatment i would never go there to eat. Not sure what his problem was.

First time ordering here tonight and it will be our last. Not impressed at all. The fried rice was over cooked, the chicken and rice soup was beyond soggy with hardly any chicken, and the spring rolls were mushy. The best part of the meal were the fortune cookies.

Ordered 2 boxes of beef fried rice and the total was near 20$ for two boxes .. (they have a minimum for delivery so the delivery man gets a part of that .) so he arrives and I sign & he looks at the receipt and says ‘no tip for me ‘ and I said ‘the total is high as it is .’ . He was VERY rude and unprofessional. I could’ve ordered from some where else and had better food and a better customer service .
