I had the chicken tenders here they were OK, I'm not a seafood eater but everyone else is and loved the food! I wish they had a few more options for people like myself who don't eat seafood but go out with people who do. I would not come here again only because of that. Great decor though

Customer service was great and i like the environment. My wife enjoyed the food more than i did. I felt it lacked flavor.

Shellfish is always great. Gumbo...has corn in it and watery tomato soup base taste. True Gumbo can be expensive and the ingredients are authentic. There is a greater concern for revenue than the spirit of excellence that reigns in your heart.

If I could give 0 stars I would, we show up... Get seated and we're ignored for 25 minutes, we had to flag down a girl just to get a drink order, but since we had been seated so long we went ahead and ordered. Fast forward nearly an hour later after watching multiple people that came in after us get served we flagged someone down again.... Nobody had even stopped by during that time! We then watched them scramble to find our order that was never put in..... We just got up and left. I will not be back.

We like HotSpot. It's a good place, food is great. Seating is kinda sardinish, but okay. It's usually cold in there, so bring a jacket. Prices are okay for some things, high for others, but we don't go very often so it's okay. Lots of fried seafood, crab legs, crawfish and more.
