If I could I would give this particular chipotle no stars. I receive mushy over cooked bland rice. I called and ask for a replacement because not only did I wast my money I used bogos to get this as dinner for my whole family. They refused to replace the food and infact called me a liar because they said they tasted that rice , which is impossible because they had to change out that pan right in front of me for the next customers behind me. The managers are a joke for customer service. I've reported both the food quality and the managers for not having any shred of customer service. Do not eat here

Only come here for the tacos. Very stinchy with the meat servings & noticed they no longer have carnitas or chorizo. Black beans are consistently undercooked.

I used to live on this side of town and always go to this chipotle but after my visit today, I will never return back. For one, the girl behind the counter is so damn rude. For two, I asked for fresh guacamole and they act as if it was a crime. The guacamole that was behind the counter was obviously spoiled. Then, the girl told her to mix the old guacamole with the new one that they opened for me. Just disgusting.

I arrived 20 min before closing and was treated more like I arrived 2 minutes before closing. Everyone busy cleaning, didn't even bother with greeting the customer. Rushed service as if there was 10 people behind me. Blocked the door with tables from outside because they were in such a hurry to get them in. It was an unpleasant experience.
