I have to say I was pleasantly surprise ! I stopped eating at cicis because my last experience was just horrible at another location... the food was not good but a friend invited me to lunch at this location and I'll admit, it wasn't awesome, but it wasn't too bad either. They didn't skimp on the cheese and I love the thin crust. I ate more than I usually do.

It says outdoor seating where do you sit down outside on the curb because there is no outdoor seating area.

How do you advertise stuff crust then show up and no stuffered crust. Ridiculous. Don’t go to this location. They are not prepared to serve what they advertise.

This is one of the nastiest cici's I've been to. I try and avoid this loaction. It's in my area, but I will never return. Almost everytime I visit this location my kids get diarrhea! The restroom is nasty! The silverware is nasty! The busboy was making pizza. I witnessed him, leave the area he was cleaning and go to assist in making pizza. When we got there there was old pizza on the line, like DRY &OLD. We waited 10 min for new pizza. So we placed orders for. My son 10 yrds old said "Mama, why is this so flat?" So in hopes to not waste what we ordered because its of bad taste, to do so my husband instructed my son to ask for a box togo. He came back and said. "Dad, she said 'No you can not!" So my husband went to ask her for the box, and she developed a greater attitude. "The pizza is for buffet, not to go!" I've witnessed EMPLOYEES EATING OFF THE LINE from BEHIND the counter!!!. Not to mention, while we were there yesterday some RANDOM GUY WALKED IN, WENT TO THE RESTROOM, CAME OUT, GOT A PLATE OF FOOD, SAT DOWN AT THE TABLE WHERE THE ORDER FORMS ARE AND ATE!!!!! AND LEFT!!!! HE DIDN'T PAY!!! NOR DID ANYONE NOTICE!!!! BUT to get snippy with us? Like we want something for free?!?!? It's comical! This place is nasty of low quality and we should have went to the location on Veterans & 1960. Other peopele were commenting on the same poor conditionsn. The manager in paticular... Some younger Hispanic girl w glasses that pissed me off so bad I will never return. Do not go to CiCi's on Jones & 1960 or you'll have diareah. They cross contaminate and are unclean!
