I’ve been going to this Cicis for years. It use to be really good and friendly staff. These last 3 or 4 years it just keeps getting worse. They don’t answer the phone and if they do they keep you on hold until you hang up. Terrible customer service. Don’t eat in the tables are broken and the place is dirty.

I run a company close to this location and I have to driver over 45 minutes away to another location since they cant ever seem to answer the damn phone! Go ahead and try to give them a call. All you will get is the dial tone. I went into the location 2 weeks ago and the MGR told me that the phones were not working. So your telling me that your a pizza joint and cant even have a working phone? Who knows how you feel about making peoples food!

One of the best Cici’s IMO. Atmosphere is very kid friendly and restaurant is usually not crowded, except for Sundays. Selection of pizza is also good, they keep the bar full even when super busy. Their best one are the pepperoni squares with the rim filled with cheese. I appreciate they always have it available. Place is also always clean, including the restrooms. Personnel is nice and helpful.

Didn't seem like there was enough pizza on the buffet even though they never stopped making pizzas; maybe a lot were to-go orders. Prices were decent. My personal pizza was a little doughy.
