If you are craving good, fast, fresh BBQ, definitely check this place out. It's counter-service, but they get your food right then and there and it's delicious. My favorite is there brisket, they have two or three different kinds of brisket, one is lean, one is moist which is considered fatty, and another one is Cutters Choice, which has burnt ends in it. You can also get a mix. Either way, the brisket is absolutely delicious. Probably one of my favorites. Besides that, they're whole and half chickens are also on point. I believe they're smoked. You can also get this really delicious green chili which is super young and different. As far as sides go, all of the sides are good but the creamed corn is hands-down my favorite. Definitely. In the deserts, get the fresh cobblers, I've tried Peach and apple, both are delish. I love coming here! Reasonable prices too!

The moist brisket is delicious as is the rest of the menu. I frequently visit & will continue to do so, but today i witnessed an employee cutting meats with a large beard & no hair net to keep it in place. Rudys will continue to have my business but i hope i don't have to search for hair before each bite.

Nice Texan BBQ experience. When you get there you don't know if you are in a restaurant with gas pumps or in a gas station with a huge shop. Maybe both. Inside the ambience is quite inviting, Texan paraphernalia everywhere. No frills here. You go to the counter, order by weight, food it is served on a plastic tray and you take it to a table, you cut a piece of paper from a roll to use as plate. Not for the Queen of England, but food is pretty delicious. Moist Brisket is a must. Chicken is quite good. Don't forget to order a cup or cream corn. It feels like everything is slowly cooked and smoked. Everything is on point.

Was good-looking now wasn't so great. Lacking flavor and good meat quality. Too much fat. Table top bottles were dirty.
