Was my favorite local spot until it got popular. Ways have gotten much longer but the food is still the same. Sushi and skewers can't go wrong. I recommend the grilled mushroom and the underbelly skewers. The rolls get what you like it will be good

When I'm tired of the generic sushi restaurants all over Houston I come here. They have much more variety and unique menu items such as chawanmushi, whole grilled squid, and specials. The grilled/fried skewers are also great for having a few beers and hanging out with friends.

Authentic Japanese food from sushi to their hot food. Friendly service. This place is always busy with a small parking lot in the front. Lunch time usually have a wait but it’s doable. Good price and excellent quality in their food. An ideal place to grab Japanese food.

This place is always packed and even if we got our reservation, we still waited for a bit before we got our table. The place is really cozy. Lots of Japanese people also dine here. The staff are very friendly and the food are all delicious! I don’t have any complaints on this place at all! I’ll definitely go back here, again!

Nice Japanese restaurant in memorial area. Different menu from midtown location, but still delicious food.
