This is the third Uncle Julio's location that we have experienced and thoroughly enjoyed!! Love this chain because it doesn't feel like a chain! The prices are more than a fast food or burrito making chain, but the extra money is put in to the BEST ingredients and the best kitchen staff, so the value is MUCH BETTER than "cheaper" alternatives... If you are only worried about price and couldn't care less about quality... this is not the place for you: However, if the quality and taste of your food IS important, this IS the place for you!!

Honestly, I have not eaten here and Won't! My husband has eaten here twice for different occasions and both times he said the WAIT was horrible and the food was less than OK! The only nice thing is the Decor, SO WHAT? It looks great, but the food is horrible. He said it took way to long to be seated, to get the order taken, to the get the food and then to get the check...Eating here takes the fun out of eating out! Due to his lack of enjoyment TWICE, I will not bother to break the bank and try it for myself...I read the other reviews and they are on point with my husbands complaints! Great Location, Great decor---nothing MORE!

Terrible service! Took way to long to bring out our drinks. Never refilled our water or chips. We had a free table side guacamole was not taken off our bill. And, my skinny margarita had so much lime it hurt to drink. It took forever to get the check. The people behind us was having the same issue. For their over priced food & drinks, service & management should be a lot better. This is not the first time we’ve received bad service at this location. The gentleman that made our guacamole was very friendly). We will never return to this location.

Very rued front host, she treats customers like they are kids. unprofessional. We went there because the reviews says the food was good. The beans which came with the fajitas was from a can , not fresh and very salty was not edible, The hot sauce that come with the chips had burned taste and only one type Above all they gave us 45 mints wait time which is fine, but we saw many tables cleaned and not being used, when our time was up I approach the hosts and she says you have to wait till a table is available, I pointed out to her I see more than 5 tables outside which have been ready. Why we can not sit and be served. Meanwhile she sees our company of 5 have decided to sit on a table which has been empty there for as long as we been waiting,, all the sudden the hosts runs outside the patio and tells them oh no no you can not sit here wait till we call you. So 5 mints later we are sited at that same table. I asked for the manager and told him that his service sucks and he will loss business if he does not address the short comes. I was puzzled as to why so many tables are empty and yet no one is being sited neither inside or outside, then I came to this conclusion that they have too many tables all over and the kitchen capacity does not allows them to let you be served, if they sit you and no one serves you one be waiting for over 50 mints or more this situation would probably be upsetting the customers so they would leave and never come back. This begs this question, why would you do such a thing to make a sprawling place with so many tables and yet not being able to keep up with the crowed. May be I am wrong, but that is how I see it. Will never go there.

Omg the watermelon margarita!!!!! The food is great and the atmosphere was super friendly! Really upscale inside and the service was great. I saw some other reviews about the service on the weekends but I went recently and I didn’t have a problem with the service- they were just busy.... if you want great food try this place and get the watermelon margarita!!! A MUST!
