Could've sworn I already gave a review. I'll just do it again. 1 star all the way. The last time I was there, I'll still remember why I hated it so much. The quality just isn't there and the person taking my order cut me off 2 times while I was GIVING my order by asking me if that will complete my order. Also, I remember I had a photo I had posted of this tiny little chicken "strip" that was only about 2" long and mostly crust. It's not in my gallery anymore, but I do remember posting my review. I suppose it somehow didn't actually post or managed to get deleted. And previous to going the last time, they treated my family and myself poorly when we went in there. I had given them one more chance, and they failed, MISERABLY.

I asked for spicy chicken but the chicken had no flavor nor seasoning. The mash potatoes was soupy and the mac and cheese soupy as well. So I will not be going back.

I told the manager I needed to add a pie to my order she said that wasn't posible, I told them I had order spicy chicken and mine wasn't even mild spicy she said that's is spicy I said is not even mild spicy is not spicy at all ,why would you advertise for spice food and then serve whatever you want, I said try it tell the cooker to make it spicy she gave me this look like saying ,I'm not going to do such a silly thing ,my question is why do they hire people that treat customers like they where a pain in the ass when I just wanted what I had pay for it. They keep trowing packages of hot sauce at me I guess she is a manager there because people with low intellect charge a lot less than a smart manager

Just left Wallisville location and bad experience. I went through the drive-thru the lady a green shirt didn’t smile and seem irritated 😠 when ask for condiments. I get home red beans and rice spilled all over chicken and I was missing my mash potatoes. I call to let them know they ask me to return the food with receipt no problem. I walk in the lady in green shirt screams to another lady in light blue shirt to come to front. She ask me did I just called and looked at the green shirt with a smirk 😏 grab the box review the chicken and reprimanded the front counter cashier for putting three breast in the box. Please keep in mind no apologies for the inconvenience was never given just ATTITUDE!! I had to wait for chicken which wasn’t a problem until my order was wrong. I ask for spicy 🌶 chicken but got mild. I continue to ask the lady in the light blue stripe shirt again about the chicken being spicy she assured me get home mild. I ask to speak to the manager Tanya but was told very rudely “She doesn’t work here anymore “ She stated Kim was they’re supervisor. I’m a regular at this location and never received cold food, wrong orders, or bad service. If this the new team I won’t be BACK!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I have always felt like (and still do) that they over fry the chicken. Great flavors!
