My recent experience at this store has been terrible. I usually frequent this place during lunch time because I love their soups and that they offer a nice alternative to the other stores around. However, I’m reluctant to come by ever again. The store recently had some new hirings and clearly Freshii’s have lowered their hiring as well as training standards. My soups used to be prepared with a decent amount of ingredients and broth, now they barely make it past the midway point of the container! The soup is so loose that I’m forced to go buy at another store to be moderately satiated. I used to be full from just the soup alone, but now there’s really no point. If you’re considering this store, don’t. You can find a more decently priced meal elsewhere, anywhere. There’s really no logic in paying for some overpriced soup (at least right now) that won’t even fill the gaps between your teeth, much less your stomach. I don’t feel like stalking the store, waiting for the new employees to get off their shift before ordering. Will not be coming back.

The staff barely gives any attention. They’re talking and enjoying their conversation while customers are waiting on line. About 80% of the time they forget to either add something or give something completely different than what you ordered. The soups get water added to them sometimes and the broth doesn’t taste like anything.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I thought the food was good and staff was as attentive as they needed to be... It is an in and out type of place so there is really no need for extended conversation.

the people that work at this freshii are frankly so rude. told me they ran out of food when they didn’t even close for another hour and all they had was JUST LETTUCE, excuse me? and then when I asked when they would get more food the lady just looked at me, rolled her eyes, and was like “tomorrow? idk.” I asked for some food not an attitude.

I bought a Zen wrap and as soon as I took the first bite, it fell apart! They put way too much sauce and it was too messy to eat. Never coming here again.
