Not so bad.......most recent visit had probably the best burger in 20 years from Chili's. Been eating there since 1981. Back then the "burger in a basket" concept was unique......for me at least. And the consistency, simplicity, and fast service put Chili's on the map. Over the years they've muddied the waters so to speak. Service became sketchy, menu items were served room temp, etc..... I actually stopped going for a couple of years. Last Sunday, largely due to convenience, we stopped by. And I have to say that I had a very good bacon cheeseburger. Almost comparable to 5 Guys.

The food is always good when I eat at any Chili’s; but, for some reason the chicken on both my buffalo chicken sandwich and my boyfriends cajun chicken pasta tasted and felt rubbery. Our server, Sarah, was fun and very friendly. I enjoyed the atmosphere of this restaurant and I’ll probably come back again. One bad experience won’t deter me from giving a restraint another chance, which is why I gave this place 4 out of 5 stars.

Did the on-line order to pick-up. Had to go inside to Bar, & find bartender, (see pic of sign posted at "To Go" counter) who was very busy, & gave my name for my order. They need more staff to actually take advantage of on-line orders to make it run as intended. Got my food, & checked out. All in all, it was ok, but should've been quicker. Bartender was doing too many jobs for one person. I created my order at 12:45 to pick-up at 1, thinking the rush would be subsiding, and it was. So I'm glad it wasn't crazy busy. I'll do it again. The food is worth it!! 😀

Granted they were very busy, but I can't wait forever when I need a waiter. I got up twice during lunch to ask for extra napkins and to order desert. I could have used the little kiosk on the table, but then what is the point of going out? Food excellent as usual.

I just want to start this as my waiter was great. None of this was his fault. I however wasn’t able to eat their famous baby back ribs(dried beyond belief) I didn’t ask for anything I just simply notified the waiter of my issue. Nothing was done to even try to remedy the issue: no manager to to ask me about my meal whatsoever. I won’t be back to this location.
