The young kid that brought our food out to us deserves all five stars, so this review doesn't apply to him. Where to begin.... We parked and walked to the small area with the tables where you can sit and eat. We ordered and paid for our food. My 7 year old daughter said that she really needed to use the restroom, I told her to wait until they brought us our food and I would take her home right away. When the curbside attendant brought us our food my daughter said that she couldn't wait any longer. I didn't think they even had a public restroom but I asked anyway. The nice young man empathetically said, "sure thing if it's for your daughter", He then walked us inside and before we could get to the restroom, a lady (who I assume was the manager) stopped us and proceeded to tell us that we couldn't use the restroom! "It's for my daughter" I replied, all the employees gave me this look, I could tell they all felt sorry for us. The ironic part of it all is that my daughter's "Wacky Pack" came with a small illustrated children's book titled "SERVICE WITH A SONIC SMILE!", but my favorite part of the story is where it says, "WE ALWAYS GO THE EXTRA MILE TO SERVE YOU WITH A SONIC SMILE!"

The ladies need proper service etiquette, too much attitude towards a customer who's been waiting for 20 minutes

I was highly upset when i found out they was not selling food nor shakes just regular drinks. The ocean water i received tasted like sprite with blue dye for color.

Will not go back, very unprofessional managers... They would rather let their associates deal with issues rather then deal with the situation directl y.
