Clean, good, pleasant service. The establishment probably deserves more than 3 stars. But it is fast food service and 4 stars would denote a notch above.

I’m a true Taco Bell Fan! However this location never gets the order right and they barely fill the tacos or burritos. Also on some occasions the staff is rude when you ask simple questions. I would strongly recommend visiting the location on Aldine Westfield and Rayford Rd!

Called and lady was very sweet. Got to taco Bell 20 minutes before they closed and had the best service from Alaney (probably didn't spell her name right) I have ever received from taco Bell much less any other fast food restaurant. Only problem my food was cold. Chili cheese burritos were cold. And cheese not even close to melted

Love the staff.. If they make a mistake, they are willing to fix it!! Here the food is always hot.. I can't speak for other Bell's, by far as for one's I've gone to.. This one is the best!

3 strikes and you’re out! I gave a 2nd and 3rd chance but I won’t give a 4th. Food portions are tiny. The 7 layer burrito was a joke. I opened it to find mostly lettuce, no guac and hardly any beans and rice. I actually was able to tear the tortilla in half and still have too much tortilla. About the circumference of a quarter when re-wrapped. This was my meal for the night. Last time only half a container of rice. And the time before that they added cheese when specifically requested none... it was just a bean burrito and same as above with size. I’m not sure how much money this location thinks they are saving with duping people out of the portion size. I believe that this will make them lose customers, which will cost them more than they’re saving. This is a new location and it’s horrible.
