I went through drive-through with a coupon. The ladies working there were very nice! Everything is made fresh. They told me that my sandwiches were going to take a little bit so they let me know and kindly told me to park at the front of their store. They bring it out when itâ€™s ready. Great customer service experience Iâ€™ve ever received from fast food place.

I pulled in to get some food around ten o'clock with my wife and daughter tonight at the Wendy's on Kingwood Dr. I had to use the restroom so my wife cane around to drive while I went in. I got to the door and a man stepped out and started fooling with the lock. I tried to grab the door and he told me it was ten o'clock I couldn't come in. There were people inside eating. I told the guy I had to use the restroom pretty bad. He said oh well we're closed. I asked to see the manager and he said he was the manager. He had glasses and a mustache. I told him at that point I would let the owners know then and he turned around and closed the door. By this point my wife and daughter were pulling up to order I got in and we drove off as I'll be damn if I ever spend another nickel at that Wendy's. It wouldn't have hurt anything to let me use the restroom especially when the door wasn't locked as I reached for the door. As a manager where I work over 400 employees u would never do a customer that way. Oh well...

Every time I come my order is wrong so I havenâ€™t been here in a LONG TIME. Today otw to work I thought meh Iâ€™ll try again. I ordered a taco salad and Some nuggets . My drive through experience took over twenty minutes with only two cars in front of me... I was asked to pull forward as the salad wasnâ€™t complete. There I waited while three other guests had their Oder complete and left meanwhile Iâ€™m just waiting on a basic salad with chili... When my food was finally delivered I didnâ€™t check my bag as I was know running late for work... got to work and find nothing but lettuce tomato cheese and two sides of sour cream ... uhmmm yeah guess they forgot EVERYTHING that makes this â€œgarden saladâ€ a â€œtaco saladâ€... was late for work and still hungry... yeah I wonâ€™t be back

I don't even know where to start. The second me and my fiancÃ© walked in, the smell of old fake plants and mildew hit us so hard it hurt. We ordered (obviously take out) , and within 2 minutes of sitting down waiting, I noticed the wood walls buckled out, moldy smelling carpets and a fast food place that looked like it hadn't been updated since the 90's. My fiance had pointed out that he thought it looked (and smelled) like hurricane Harvey had flooded the place and they hadn't replaced anything. I had to leave and sit in the car while he sat in that moldy, old plant smelling infested environment waiting for our food. Enter with caution, drive through is the best option though because the food was STILL BOMB. ðŸ‘ŒðŸ»

Okay, when we first walked in the smell of â€œmildew, and old fake plantsâ€ hit my fiancÃ© hard! So much that after ordering our food she had to go sit in the car and wait for it to be done. Idk how people sit inside this establishment and eat comfortably KNOWING of the rancid smell this place has..sandwiches were still the bomb though.
